- 6 Tbsp. margarine, chilled and cut into pats
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Combine flour, margarine and salt in food processor.

2Whirl until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Stir together egg yolk and water in small cup.

4Add to processor.

5Pulse until mixture is just combined and starts to mass together.

6Remove and flatten into dish.

7Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.

8Roll into crust.
