  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, chilled and cut into pats
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Combine flour, margarine and salt in food processor.

    Whirl until mixture resembles coarse meal.

    Stir together egg yolk and water in small cup.

    Add to processor.

    Pulse until mixture is just combined and starts to mass together.

    Remove and flatten into dish.

    Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.

    Roll into crust.
