- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 3/4 Tbsp. cold skim milk
Directions

1Combine flour and salt.

2Combine canola oil and skim milk. Add to flour mixture.

3Stir gently.

4Pat thinly into a 9-inch pie plate, building up top edge.

5Flute edge.

6Fill and bake according to recipe directions.

7Or for a baked shell, prick crust and bake in a 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

8Cool.
