- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Sift sugar, flour and salt together in pie plate.

2With fork, in small bowl, whip together oil and milk.

3Pour over flour mixture.

4Mix with fork until all flour is damp.

5Press against bottom and sides of pie plate.

6Crimp edges.

7Fill with fruit filling.

8If want top crust, reserve 1/3 of dough, then crumble over top.

9Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, reduce to 350° for 45 minutes.

10For shell only, 350° for 20 minutes.
