- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
- 1 cube oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. cold water
- 6 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cream oleo or butter, Crisco, sugar and salt. Add yeast and eggs. Then add 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water.

2Add flour. Knead. Let rise in refrigerator overnight or in a warm place. Punch down. Rise again. Shape and bake at 350° in oven 30 minutes.
