Ingredients

  • 2/3 to 1 c. whiskey
  • 1 c. Eagle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pt. coffee cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 9 oz. pkg. frozen no-salt added artichoke hearts, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz. fat-free or low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions (green part only)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream sherry
  • 1 tsp. salt-free Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blot artichokes dry on paper towels.

    Chop into small pieces. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well.

    Stir in artichokes. Cover and refrigerate

    for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving.
