  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Puritan or Crisco oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with Pam; set aside.

    Combine flour, oil and salt in medium bowl.

    Add water and stir to form a ball.

    Place dough in pan and use fingers to pat into a uniform thickness on bottom and sides.

    Flute edges.

    Use for unbaked or to bake, bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or lightly brown.
