  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
  • 4 Tb melted butter
  • Rubber Spatula

Directions

    Put liquids, eggs, and salt into the blender jar. Add flour, then the butter.

    Cover and blend at top speed for 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add water 1Tb at a time if it's too thick.

    Put scant 1/4 cup batter into middle of hot pan (buttered) heat for 60 to 80 seconds. Turn, return to heat for 1/2 minute on other side.

    May be made several hours in advance and reheated when needed.
