- 2 bay leaves

Directions

1In a medium frying pan melt butter over medium heat.

4Stir in flour until well mixed.

5Reduce heat to low; cook 10-12 minutes or until flour is cooked but not colored.

6Stir occasionally.

7Cool completely then remove bay leaves and store in an air-tight container.
