  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 14 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

    In a medium frying pan melt butter over medium heat.

    Stir in carrot, celery, and bay leaves.

    Reduce heat to low; cook 10-12 minutes or until flour is cooked but not colored.
