Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 lb. cold butter, cut in 6 to 8 pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. ice water
  • food processor

Directions

    Place metal blade in food processor.

    Add ingredients, except water.

    Process until coarse meal.

    Add water with machine running until dough forms a ball.

    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Model or roll and cut dough. Bake until golden at 350°.

    Cool.
