- 1 envelope onion soup
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 fryer chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- pepper to taste
- 1 can water
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/8 c. chopped pimiento
- salt to taste
Directions

1Spread dry onion soup mix evenly on bottom of baking dish. Cover with raw rice.

2Arrange chicken pieces over rice.

3Combine soup and water; pour over chicken.

4Scatter mushrooms and pimiento over top.

5Season with pepper and salt.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
