- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Contadina pizza sauce
- shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Add yeast to 1/4 c. lukewarm water and set aside for 5 minutes. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; make into a well. Add 1 c. warm water and olive oil.

2Stir slightly, add yeast and stir well.

3Turn onto floured surface and knead well.

4Oil hands and form dough into a ball, making sure surface of dough is coated with oil.

5Place ball in large greased bowl and cover with wax paper.

6Cover with a tea towel.

7Let rise 1 hour in a warm place.
