  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

    Prepare cake mix.

    Spoon into paper-lined cupcake tins, 2/3 full.

    Separately combine cheese and sugar.

    Add eggs, salt and chips and mix well.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon on center of cupcake. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes.

    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
