- 1 c. sugar
- 2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Beat the egg whites with the salt and cream of tartar.

2Slowly beat in the sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.

3Pour into spring-form pan lined with wax paper.

4Bake 30 minutes at 300°, 30 minutes at 250° and 90 minutes at 200°.

5It is important to follow this method completely.

6Leave in oven overnight.
