- 3 egg whites
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. boiling water
- whipped cream
- sliced fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, bananas, peaches, etc.
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Beat on high for 2 minutes.

3Add boiling water and beat on high for 7 minutes.

4Mixture will be stiff and form a peak.

5Put foil on baking sheet or bottom side of a round tin (9-inch size).

6Put oil on foil and spread to edge. Spread meringue mixture from center to edge.

7Bake in slow oven, 300°, for 1 hour exactly.

8When cool, peel foil from bottom and place on dish.

9Cover with whipped cream.

10Add sliced fruit.
