- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 cans pork and beans
Directions

1Wash, string, trim and cut or break into 1 inch pieces.

2Pack into clean jars to within 1/2 inch of top of jar.

3Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint.

4Fill to within 1/2 inch of top of jar with boiling water.

5Put on cap and screw band firmly tight.
-
6Process: pints 20 minutes, quarts 25 minutes, 10 pounds pressure.
