- 1 tsp. corn flour (heaping)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. boiling water
Directions

1Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until stiff enough to stand in peaks.

2Place mixture on well-greased slide or ovenproof plate and bake at 350° for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 230° for 1 hour.

3Leave in oven to cool. Decorate with whipped cream and fruit.
