Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 1/4 c. oleo; 1 egg; 3 c. mini marshmallows; 2 c. rice crispies; 2 c. salted peanuts; 2/3 c. corn syrup; 1/4 c. oleo; 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips; 2 tsp. vanilla

1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oleo
1 egg
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. rice crispies
2 c. salted peanuts
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. oleo
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix yellow cake mix, 1/3 cup oleo and 1 egg in 9 x 13-inch pan for 12 to 18 minutes at 350°.

When baked and while still hot, put 3 cups mini-marshmallows on top.

Then add following topping: heat corn syrup, 1/4 cup oleo, peanut butter chips and vanilla. Heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

Then add rice crispies and salted peanuts.

Spread over marshmallows.
