Name: Payday Cake
Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 1/3 c. margarine, melted; 1 egg; 3 c. miniature marshmallows; 2/3 c. corn syrup; 1/4 c. margarine; 2 tsp. vanilla; 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips; 2 c. Rice Krispies; 2 c. salted cocktail peanuts

1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted cocktail peanuts

Mix first 3 ingredients together and bake in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 12 to 18 minutes at 350°.

When baked and still hot, put 3 cups miniature marshmallows on top.

Heat remaining ingredients until smooth, stirring constantly, then add Rice Krispies and salted cocktail peanuts.

Spread on top of marshmallows.

Cool several hours.
