Payday Cake

Name: Payday Cake
Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 2/3 c. oleo; 1 egg; 1 pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips; 2/3 c. white corn syrup; 2 Tbsp. vanilla; 1/4 c. oleo; 2 c. Rice Krispies; 2 c. dry roasted peanuts; 3 c. miniature marshmallows

1 yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oleo
1 egg
1 pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips
2/3 c. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

Mix and press cake mix, oleo and egg in oblong pan.

Bake 12 to 18 minutes at 350°.

Melt over low heat the peanut butter chips, corn syrup, vanilla and oleo.

Add Rice Krispies and 2 cups dry roasted peanuts.

When cake is done, pour miniature marshmallows on top, then pour melted peanut butter mixture on top of marshmallows.

Let cool and cut into squares.
