  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 to 4 c. Rice Chex
  • 1 c. unsalted nuts

    Bring Karo and sugar to a boil and immediately add peanut butter and vanilla.

    Pour over Rice Chex and nuts.

    Put on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Keep in airtight container.
