  • 12 slices bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pint fresh raspberry
  • 14 cup honey
  • 12 cup granola cereal, with peanuts

Directions

    Spread eight slices of toast with peanut butter.

    In a small bowl lightly mash raspberries with a fork, divide mashed raspberries amongst the 8 sliced of toast with peanut butter on them.

    Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola.

    Stack one berry topped toast on another, top with plain toast.
  5. 5
    Repeat with remaining toast slices.
  6. 6
    Slice to serve.
