- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 34 cup jam (grape/strawberry/or other flavor)
- 1 egg
- 12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 23 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Unroll dough into two long rectangles and place in ungreased 13x9 inch pan.

3Press to form a crust, making sure to seal the perforations.

4Bake for 5 minutes.

5Spread the jam evenly over baked crust.

6In bowl, beat egg.

7Add brown sugar and cocoa.

8Mix well.

9Stir in coconut and chopped nuts.

10Spoon over jam and spread gently to cover.

11Bake for 18-23 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

12Cool and cut into bars.
