- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 medium cans baby peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
Directions

1Cook the celery, onion and green pepper in the margarine until soft.

2Combine the pimento, peas, soup and water chestnuts. Combine all ingredients.

3Put in a buttered baking dish.

4Cover with bread crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.

6Serves 6 or more.
