- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 small jar sliced pimientos
- 1/4 c. butter
- crushed crackers
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. green pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter.

2Mix all ingredients; put in casserole dish.
