- 1 lb. hamburger (best to use ground chuck)
- 1 can baby peas
- 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 to 5 American cheese slices (may substitute other cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Brown hamburger.

2Remove from pan; set aside.

3Add oil to hamburger grease.

4Fry potatoes and onion in grease.

5Add hamburger when potatoes are tender.

6Pour 1 can peas with juice over hamburger mixture.

7Top with cheese.

8Cook on low until cheese is melted.
