- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can small peas
- 1 can white corn (Shoe Peg)
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 c. red and green peppers
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Drain each can and put vegetables in a bowl.

2Heat to boiling 1/2 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup salad oil.

3Cool slightly.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

6Keeps well in refrigerator 2 weeks or longer.
