- 2 cans baby peas
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 small diced onions
- 2 small green peppers
- 5 stalks chopped celery
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Combine sugar, vinegar, water and salt.

2Heat until sugar dissolves; let mixture cool.

3Combine all other ingredients.

4Pour sugar mixture over and marinate overnight.

5Drain 2 hours before serving.
