- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 can small kernel white (Shoe Peg) corn
- 1 can early, small spring peas
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. green onions
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain beans, corn and peas.

2Combine in bowl beans, corn, peas, celery, green onions and pimentos.

3In a two-cup pitcher, combine oil and vinegar.

4Add sugar.

5Mix until sugar dissolves.
