  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can small kernel white (Shoe Peg) corn
  • 1 can early, small spring peas
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. green onions
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain beans, corn and peas.

    Combine in bowl beans, corn, peas, celery, green onions and pimentos.

    In a two-cup pitcher, combine oil and vinegar.

    Add sugar.

    Mix until sugar dissolves.

    Pour over salad.
