Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can peas, cooked
  • 1 small onion, cut up fine
  • 3 or 4 eggs, boiled
  • 6 or 8 slices cheese, cut up
  • 2 or 3 spoons mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook peas until done, then cool.

    Mix in onion, egg and cheese and then mix in mayonnaise.

    Add salt to taste.

    Let stand in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour and then serve.
