Ingredients

  • 2 cans baby peas
  • 2 cans French green beans
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 2 small diced onions
  • 2 small green peppers, diced
  • 8 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • dash of paprika

Directions

    Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water, salt and paprika.

    Heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour sugar mixture over them and let marinate overnight.

    Drain 2 hours before serving and enjoy.
