- 500 g shelled peas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 12 cups vegetable stock or 2 12 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1heat oil in a pan add onions n saute till white.

2add peas n saute for 5 more minutes.

3add seasoning and vegetable stock simmer till peas are cooked.

4wen cool puree in a grinder strain n warm the soup

5serve warm topped with fresh cream.
