- 2 whole Peaches, Peeled & Cut Into Chunks
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice, Fresh If You Have It
- 1 bottle Champagne (standard Size)
Directions

1Combine the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring almost constantly, until it boils and the sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool. Once it's cooled, pour the mixture through a strainer set over a pitcher and discard the solids. Chill the liquids.

2Pour as much (or as little) in the bottom of a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne. Refrigerate the remainder.
