- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.

2Finely chop 1 cup peaches; set aside.

3In blender, combine remaining peaches, margarine, eggs, syrup and lemon juice.

4Cover; blend until smooth.

5Stir together dry ingredients.

6Add egg mixture; stir until moistened.

7Fold in reserved peaches.

8Turn into greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
