- 1 large can peaches
- 1 recipe plain pastry
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. syrup from canned peaches
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
Directions

1Place peaches in 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.

2Combine sugar, flour, salt and peach syrup.

3Add butter and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add lemon juice; pour over peaches.

4Make lattice top crust.

5Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
