- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt (can be less)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil or canola oil
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can peaches or pears
Directions

1Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

2Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla and keep stirring all the time.

3Add to all this the can of peaches (without its juice) and the nuts. Put in any pan you want and bake in a 325° oven for about 70 minutes.
