Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt (can be less)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can peaches or pears

Directions

    Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla and keep stirring all the time.

    Add to all this the can of peaches (without its juice) and the nuts. Put in any pan you want and bake in a 325° oven for about 70 minutes.
