- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 1 tsp. fruit protector
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla or coconut)
Directions

1Mix peaches, sugar and fruit protector; set aside.

2Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil; beat 2 minutes.

3Drain peaches.

4Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Put half the batter in pan.

6Place peaches on batter; add rest of batter.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

8Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.

9When cool, frost.
