- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. mashed peaches
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine oil and sugar.

2Beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

5Gradually add to creamed mixture.

6Mix just until blended.

7Stir in peaches and pecans.

8Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
