- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine flour, butter and salt.

3Cut to resemble coarse crumbs.

4Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

6Arrange peaches on crust.

7Combine sugar and cinnamon.

8Sprinkle over peaches.

9Bake 20 minutes.

10Reduce oven to 350°.

11Combine reserved peach syrup, evaporated milk and eggs.

12Mix well.

13Pour over peaches.

14Bake 40 minutes or until set.
