Peach Cobbler

  • 5 or 6 fresh peaches (can use other fruit, fresh or canned)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 5 slices white bread

Directions

    Place fruit into an 8 x 8-inch dish.

    Slice bread into strips and put on top of fruit.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over fruit and bread.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
