  • 1 qt. fresh or frozen peaches
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Pet milk pie crust
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice

Directions

    Take pie crust and roll it out.

    Cut in stripes and line casserole around edge.

    Mix peaches with 3/4 cup of sugar, tapioca and apple pie spice.

    Put in lined casserole.

    Put few specks margarine on top.

    Put leftover crust on top.

    Bake at 350° until well cooked, 1 hour.
