  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, undrained

    Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well.

    Add milk; stir.

    Pour mixture into a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole.

    Dot with butter.

    Combine 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; add to peaches.

    Spoon mixture over batter; do not stir.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until browned.
