- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Amaretto or 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 1 pkg. pie crust (2 shells)
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
Directions

1Bring to boil; pour 1/2 peaches into Pyrex pan.

2Cut up 1 pie crust and layer over peaches.

3Pour in rest of peaches.

4Top with other pie crust.

5Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.

6Cut slashes in crust.

7Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
