  • canned or fresh peaches
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • loaf bread, trimmed and cut into finger size slices

Directions

    Place peaches in bottom of dish.

    Mix sugar, flour, melted margarine, egg and flavoring.

    Place loaf bread over peaches. Pour mixture over bread.

    Bake at 325° until brown.
