Peach Compote

- 1 Peach
- 200 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp White wine
Directions

1Wash the peach, cut the peach in half (like cutting an avocado), and take out the pit with a serrated spoon.

2Peel and put the peel inside an empty tea bag (or dashi bag).

3Place all the ingredients, except for the peach, in a pan and simmer until dissolved.

4Add the peach and the tea bag packed.

5Make a 'drop lid' from a paper towel and cover the pot.

6Simmer for 10 minutes and let cool.

7Cool completely in the refrigerator, serve on a plate and enjoy.
