  • 1 Custard Cream
  • 1 peach . Peach compote
  • 4 Tart crusts
  • 1 Peach jam
  • 1 few leaves Mint leaves

Directions

    Make the custard cream in the microwave.

    After it cools, put it in the refrigerator until well chilled.

    Make the peach compote.

    After it cools, put it in the refrigerator to chill.

    Wipe off the juices from the peach compote and cut it into eighths.

    I used a large peach.

    If you are using a smaller one, cut it into sixths.

    Fill the tarts with custard cream and top with the peach compote from Step 3.

    Brush on the peach jam.
