  • 18 peaches, chopped coarsely
  • 5 oranges, ground in blender one at a time
  • 3 oz. maraschino cherries, chopped by hand
  • 2 pkg. Sure-Jell
  • sugar

Directions

    Measure fruit and juice after chopped.

    Use 1 1/2 times the amount of sugar.

    Put in large heavy pot and cook at 220° until thick, approximately 45 minutes.

    While still boiling, add Sure-Jell and put in jars.

    Seal.

    Makes 18 to 20 small 1/2 pint jars.
