- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peaches, sliced
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt.

2Add evaporated milk and stir. Drain juice off peaches and add to mixture.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 50 minutes.
