  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peaches, sliced
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and salt.

    Add evaporated milk and stir. Drain juice off peaches and add to mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 50 minutes.
