Ingredients

  • 3 jalapenos
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil( evoo).
  • 1 bunch cilantro( bout a cup)

Directions

    cut and take out the seeds and the ribs of half of the jalapenos for a med.- hot sauce( if you like A LOT of heat leave them all in, if you don't like heat take them all out).

    rough chop jalapenos, garlic and cilantro put into blender

    add rest of ingredients to blender EXCEPT evoo

    blend til smooth

    set blender to low speed, slowly drizzle evoo in.

    blend til combined

    the sauce will be watery, don't worry it needs to set

    pour sauce into bowl or container, cover, place into refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours

    when set put that ish on anything.
