- 3 jalapenos
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil( evoo).
- 1 bunch cilantro( bout a cup)
Directions

1cut and take out the seeds and the ribs of half of the jalapenos for a med.- hot sauce( if you like A LOT of heat leave them all in, if you don't like heat take them all out).

2rough chop jalapenos, garlic and cilantro put into blender

3add rest of ingredients to blender EXCEPT evoo

4blend til smooth

5set blender to low speed, slowly drizzle evoo in.

6blend til combined

7the sauce will be watery, don't worry it needs to set

8pour sauce into bowl or container, cover, place into refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours

9when set put that ish on anything.
