  • 1 tsp. lemon rind
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
  • 2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo

Directions

    Place peaches in lightly greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
