- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
- 2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Place peaches in lightly greased 8 x 12-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with lemon rind.

3Combine pie crust mix and brown sugar; sprinkle over peaches.
