  • 8 peaches
  • 1 cup oats, rolled (raw)
  • 1/4 cups flour + 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 8 tbs butter, softened
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar

    1. Peel peaches and cut into wedges. Toss with 1/4 cup flour and sugar, and pour into a buttered 8-inch square or round oven-safe baking dish.

    2. Use your hands to combine butter, oats, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Crumble over the top of the peaches.

    3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
